      Russia refused to accept the next round of negotiations being held in the US, even though Russian delegations have visited the US in the past. And Trump still thinks Putin wants peace…..

      Only one of the “trilateral” partners is negotiating in good faith.

      A new framework for peace effort must be established with Europe standing up and holding the reins together with Ukraine.
