Premetto che no, non sono un corriere e non lavoro per Bolt o Wolt.
Capisco la necessità di fare qualcosa per le persone che eludono le restrizioni lavorative legali. Questo non è un argomento contro questo. Tuttavia, vietare ai cittadini di paesi terzi di esercitare un lavoro autonomo sembra un approccio molto pesante alla questione.
Sono qui legalmente, cercando di integrarmi nella società, cercando di imparare la lingua e pagando una somma *molto* generosa in tasse ogni anno, ma sento che sarò intrappolato nel mirino di questo nuovo regolamento.
Forse l’emendamento si concentrerà direttamente sulle persone che lavorano come corrieri e non sarà così ampio come sembra dall’articolo, ma non sono riuscito a trovare altre informazioni a riguardo.

Really depends on what you are doing here but have you considered swapping self employed status for SIA (limited company)?
Plus you probably will need to look at options of acquiring citizenship
There is always an option to work for a salary and be on the books of the company (e.g. if you are currently working for somebody as self employed, but in practice are more like a salaried worker) or make a SIA.
Either way, its in process, so no idea what will be the end result.
