Sono in Germania da poco più di un anno e ho già ricevuto il jahreskosten Abrechnung dal mio Vermieter. Qualcuno potrebbe dare un’occhiata veloce per vedere se sono legalmente tenuto a pagare per tutto ciò che è elencato? Sto cercando di capire con l’intelligenza artificiale e la ricerca ma non mi fido dei risultati.

You’re already paying a portion of this every month along with your rent. The first page is the most important one for you. That’s where all the costs are totaled. You need to pay your landlord an additional €300.47.
The only thing you can check yourself is whether the heating meter readings were recorded and reported correctly. All other costs look normal so far.
