So many MNCs take the piss with Irish labour laws. Really needs to be tougher scrutiny into it. Most of them don’t even recognise unions (which I’m not sure how that is even allowed)
It’s a pittance really.
There should be punitive damages or a multiplier applied in these cases. Just a cost of doing business for the company.
