      We really should have mandated all wind farms to be part owned by the communities beside them. Yes in this case its just nonsense nimbys looking for a payout, but if we want near universal buy in then it has to give locals a monetary incentive.

      Plaintiffs can’t even pay if they lost yet took action anyway?

      So there are no repercussions only benefits to chancing your arm

      I used to live 600m from this wind farm. Was absolutely grand, never had an issue.
