This has been an ongoing discussion for a couple of weeks now. Prices ARE going up.
I changed to a fixed contract when i noticed that i could get a fixed contract at the same price as my current variable price.
Also engie variable for gas and elec here. Got the feeling engie is ok for elec but not so cheap for gas.
I will probably change today or tomorrow for gas only.
For elec maybe later cause I have solar panels and I gotta spend more time looking at the numbers as I had a ‘terugdraaiende teller’ until November, so don’t know what consumption/injection to expect for summer. Especially the split between day/night.
Some of the promotions I saw (Total, Energy vision,..) seem to make it look worthwhile to change even with the same price per kWh.
