This is basically Armenian MAGA hat. When the revolution happened, Nikol Pashinyan, the leader of the revolution was telling people to be brave. This word “duxov” is a semi-russian semi-armenian word where dux (дух) means spirit and -ov means with, so basically it says “with [strong] spirit”
