So ride a scrambler up and down a footpath until you kill someone. I have guards video evidence of some scum flying up and down the park and then going back into there house. Nothing we can do we need to catch them doing it. Grand but they can’t do that either.

I might be wrong but I think there’s a public safety thing when it comes to them pursuing motorbikes.
The high risk to the public and the bike rider themselves and likelihood of a negative outcome negates pursuit or manoeuvre to stop them.
I think this used to apply on anything over 70mph in other countries but again, I could be wrong.

That’s beyond stupid. They are flying around on public roads, pulling wheelies within traffic, no helmets, balaclavas, it’s just dangerous.
The UK had a similar thing years ago when weren’t allowed to chase bikes and it got out of control, being used for crime all over the place. Now they are allowed to actually police and chase subjects to the end. This is what we need here.
