Surprised we even have our own working security intelligence, everything else in this country is either unfit for purpose or pathetic.

Lets just fully kick America out of Five Eyes, they were always the odd one out anyway. We should be strengthening ties with the rest of the CANZUK nations.

100% correct. The actions of Trump and his followers show they are Kremlin convenient idiots. Whatever we share with them, will be in the hands of Putin within 24 hours. Our biggest threats as Europeans are Putin the East moving further into Ukraine or the Baltics and Trump in the West invading Danish territory.

I have no basis for this, save my own speculation, but … I did wonder, when the dates of the King’s visit to the U.S. were revealed not by the UK government but by Trump; was that because the dates were being kept confidential for security reasons, but the buffoon is incapable of keeping a confidence?

Good they’re a liability we should kick them from our bases too.

Good, plain self preservation when it’ll all end up in the Kremlin.

Good, we should have nothing to do with them until at least that dickhead is no longer ‘in charge’

How did the US become so completely compromised. Say what you want about the UKs system but at least we can boot out our incompetent leaders once they become a liability, looking at you Boris and Truss.

Are we sure about that, it’s reported the US had started that first, but whether that is true or not who can say

  10. ChesterKobe on

At this point I feel the US is a bigger threat than Russia.

Most of the governments and civil service IT systems run on Microsoft software.

  12. Trump has managed to live to the ripe age of 79 without any sign of intelligence, so I guess not much changes

  13. You know, this all makes sense now, I really got the impression that Trump was lacking in intelligence.

It’s immaterial at this point whether Trump is actively working for Putin, or just ineptly blundering in the general direction Putin wants. He is at best a liability and at worst a traitor.

Make America Go Away – I would assume after the classified documents fiasco no one would be sharing sensitive info with them!

What a depressing timeline this is.

My dad’s side are from the US (I am not a citizen, thankfully) and I keep having to hold my tongue on social media when I see stupid and evil things being done as I’m so worried about how it might affect visiting (not as a tourist, my vacations are going to be in Europe for the foreseeable)

    – My favourite uncle and aunt who I’m closest to are there and it makes my heart hurt to think that I could be stopped from entering the country to see them again or *touch wood* attend a funeral (they’re getting on a bit).

    – My gaming buddies are there too. One is trans and has sold 80% of their stuff and has their dogs ready in case they need to upsticks suddenly and relocate to Canada – they have a passport, luckily – but when they visited last year and I dropped them off at the airport, I asked for contact numbers for their dad and dog sitter in case they went silent and something happened at the border.

    How did we get here?!?!?!?!??!

I’m not sure if I want to see DT throw his toys out of his pram……..but it could be entertaining from a safe distance

  18. DogtasticLife on

What do you mean “started”, you mean we’ve been handing over intel to Putin’s little bitch for more than a year!

  19. VivianOfTheOblivion on

Until they put a stop to Palatir having contracts, then intelligence will not be withheld properly.
