      I received a surprise package of coffee from Lviv as a birthday gift. Of course this will require cheesecake львівський сирник. Luckily I have a baker in house to accomplish this important mission.

      It’s an ordinary coffee in Ukraine, but good for you to receive it as present. I prefer to but coffee beans in my local rosteria in hometown Voznesensk, Ukraine.

      Listen, I have a very, very, *very* important tip for you:

      Do not let this sit unopened for 19 months and then try to drink it. The rot *will* find a way in, no matter how sealed that bag is. Yes, I learned the hard way. Yes, on this exact brand. No, it was not a good time.
