So apparently multiple people knew about his threats and took them seriously enough to offer to take his dog, and none of them thought to call the emergency services?
And the house will be rebuillt anyway. What a waste of a man’s life
I’m ignoring the heroin and cocaine in his system and the fact that most of his rent was council funded.

Big fail on part of his friends there. Been moody and depressed for days. Threatened to blow up his house. They were so concerned noone contact emergencynservices, but offered to take the dog 🙄
