Very good news. The less money Russia gets the fewer Ukrainians they can murder.
Only 20%?
Ukraine needs to increase that number to 80% of a export capacity.
It was 40% a couple of days ago.
Finland said there have been no oil tanker departures from Russian ports in the Finnish Gulf for two days. Usually, there are at least six departures from both ports.
There are no better sanctions than this. Ukraine always seems to have to do the dirty work themselves.
