Salve, non sono sicuro di che tipo di problema si tratti. Ma in particolare sembravano essere diventati più evidenti dopo alcuni lavori di costruzione nel pavimento sopra 2 mesi fa. L’appartamento ha un pessimo riscaldamento, quindi in inverno le stanze diventano piuttosto fredde.
È questa muffa? Qualcuno potrebbe descrivere il modo migliore per risolverlo insieme alle precauzioni (se sono necessarie maschere, guanti, ecc.).

My first thought from your description is water damage, which will of course grow mold. This would also fit with the construction in the other apartment. Inform the landlord immediately because it has to be handled professionally.

I have the same question! Got some moldy walls and got an anti-schimmel product from Bauhaus without chlor but is does not work … And i am afraid to use chlor and fuck up the walls
