      Stand alone is the benign scenario. The other one is US aligned with Russia and being adversarial. .

      Stuff we paid for to send to Ukraine was diverted somewhere else.

      But, in the other hand, we don’t have any legal or moral obligation to assist USA in their wars. A hughe win.

      Might be better off at this point. If Europe wastes all their ammunition on a pointless war in Iran the way the Americans did, the continent will be a sitting duck for Russia to take. Putins dream would be for Europe to get bogged down in that quagmire too.

      Frankly I think even Ukraine shouldn’t be helping. I understand they think it’s strategic because they want to gain more allies and Iran made the drones Russia was hitting them with for awhile, but the gulf states can’t do anything for them and Israel never would even if they could and they need to be focusing on their own war.

      Two words. Defensive Alliance. Not offensive alliance, although on of it’s members is being rather offensive towards the alliance.

      I mean, we are not some helpless tiny country.

      EU alone, has several times the population and even more so, financial means than Russia. And that doesn’t even include our actual allies.

      He still can’t pull USA out of NATO on his own, it’s just empty threats. Requires two thirds of both chambers to agree, that won’t happen..

      P…peeps. Turkey is also a NATO member with 2 million soldiers, besides the 1.6 million of EU soldiers.

      And the oil export on the Black-sea…would be NATO controlled. Turkey would love it.
