Great food. Can’t buy such herring in most US grocery stores.

There’s a new Ukrainian restaurant near me that has boiled beetroot and salted herring that I’ve debated on trying. So far I’ve had solyanka, kartoplianka, green borscht and salo, but I think I might have to try those two next after seeing this

I hate red beetroot so I would donate it to any taker. Besides that it looks delicious 🙂
