Isn’t Kokkina/Erenkoy just a military outpost at this point, with the actual civilian population resettled to Yialousa? Why don’t we include this in the proposal, that we want to enable civilians to return to Erenkoy and integrate them into the logistical support network for the area so that they are not an Asterix village supplied by boat? I mean I get that if it is a designated “military area” then it’s the Turkish Forces deciding its future rather than turkish cypriot politicians.
