I swear the government is working like a company trying to cut costs and increase profits. Adding multiple duties to one person never works.
Worst part is the gaslighting by Avinyan “we’re paying your salaries normally, but you’re not taking part in money collecting process”. Get the fuck out of here with this bullshit, paying salaries in an obligation, not a generosity being done by you, is the driver supposed to be thankful for getting paid for the work they’re doing? of course not, it’s an exchange, payment for a service, not slavery…
Go form a larger team to periodically check people not paying and fine them. This isn’t the job of the driver, you get a person not paying every 10 minutes or so, and knowing how people like to argue in Armenia, it will destroy the mental capacity of the drivers, on top of the difficulty of driving.
How about fixing the timetable of buses? rotation times are barely accurate, the system doesn’t provide enough data to use buses efficiently.
They could have made a better system from day one…

They can’t enforce seatbelts or no cell phone usage while driving..how will they enforce people pay for the bus!
