How else would they train for night flying?
Preparing to take on the fuel protestors
Instrument calibration maybe, or night training.?
It’s most likely a license requirement to get x amount of hours in the dark.. better than crashing because they had actually just pretended it was dark during training
This is the brand new Garda surveillance aircraft, De Havilland Canada DHC6.
I presume they’re surveying some criminal activity, or doing some night time training for this.
This aircraft replaces a Britten-Norman Islander which was recently retired from the same role.
These aircraft are designed for very long endurance in the air.
Question : What do the Yellow and Green parts mean ?
