I mean approved and built/operational are vastly different things. If the EU would start mass approving stuff without actually building it, people would be pissed rather than celebrating a piece of paper.
They have solar panels on every house already. I don’t think those have any batteries, but maybe they could. Somewhat makes sense. I hope they succeed. Its not a race.
