What a nightmare… Has anyone know any more details? How is it even possible that something like this lasted so long? I read just recently about French case jezzz

”The man is alleged to have used the remoteness of their farm near Kramfors in northern Sweden, as well as surveillance cameras and drugs, to force her to perform sexual acts with men he had found online.”

I sincerely hope from the bottom of my heart that he is locked in a cell until he dies

“He threatened to kill his wife, pour petrol on her, burn her and cut off her fingers, public broadcaster SVT reports, citing the indictment lodged by prosecutors.”

    Jesus fucking christ.

Oh strap in now dear Europeans. You’ve heard NOTHING yet about this case.

First of all. What she has gone through is absolutely horrible and this guy, with ties to criminal MC gangs, should be punished as harshly as possible, which by Swedish law is pathetically insufficient.

And now. On to what this story does not tell you and which adds insult to injury:
The whole case is about trafficking and non consentional prostitution and the keyword here is ‘prostitution’.
As it turns out when you prostitute someone you take other peoples money, which in this case went to the husband, and thusly you potentially earn money. Now cue the govenment. This woman has now been told by the Swedish IRS that the money she earned, which again her husband took, should be taxed and she has been told to pay 42 000 SEK (about 3860 euro) to the IRS in tax on the money earned.
And, like if that wasn’t insulting enough, they classify her trafficking as ‘hobbyverksamhet’ (hobby business) that should be taxed.
So the IRS just figured they’d treat her abuse as “yeah no, thats her hobby” since she was sold through an internet platform.

    Edit:
To those horrified by this addition to the story I can ‘happily’ report that the woman [has now paid her debt to the IRS (link in swedish)](https://www.sverigesradio.se/artikel/kvinna-i-koppleriharva-tvingades-betala-skatteskuld)!

That’s a interesting choice of words to describe kidnapping and rape…

It’s unsettling how many people were involved and still claim they didn’t realize something was wrong.

This must be some website that perverts have created? How can the same thing happen in several different countries? Gotta be some underground thing that people have coordinated online.

What’s going on with men? Are we like some primitive ape who’s unable to evolve?
There’s free porn, why the need to go totally crazy?
If this was the inquisition days, men would get burnt at the stake and not for imaginary crimes like witchcraft.
