He wasn’t convicted due to the fish, it was for producing and selling unsafe food repeatedly after being told to stop.
Apparently he was having religious delusions; claimed “Cod told me to do it”
This does honestly sound like a pretty normal event for Watford.
I read the post title as ‘illegally possessing fish’ at first and got very confused…

Reminds me of the old joke about northerners keeping coal in the bath.
“lived in a property owned by Watford community housing” so he’s doing this in a council flat, meanwhile single mums are stuck in hotels begging for housing. This country is a joke.
