Per l’università sto facendo una presentazione su una cantante bulgara, MONA, e ho deciso di usare il suo video musicale Жива. Volevo fornire alcuni dettagli sul folklore, quindi ho pensato, questa corona di fiori è qualcosa di culturale o solo una scelta stilistica dell’artista?

Mostly stylistic, but some regions may have it as part of the outfit (can’t know for sure, there’s much variety).
Speaking of Bulgarian folklore, two things you may find interesting:

– In traditional art, a Bulgarian folk group plays alongside Stromae

This song is very loosely connected to Bulgarian folk music. It’s basically western music with a tiny bit of ornamentation in the vocal melody to make it spicy.
