Ho bruciato un po’ la lastra della cucina (allegata nella foto) mentre cucinavo. È un foglio di carta e si è bruciato un po’ velocemente quando ho messo una padella surriscaldata sulla lastra.
Oltre a questo, ho chiuso la porta del bagno per 10-15 giorni a novembre perché c’era un topo in casa e si era formata una leggera muffa sulle piastrelle del bagno. Da quello che ho capito dal mio coinquilino (che è anche l’inquilino principale), il proprietario l’ha pulita e ora è sgomberata.
Adesso sto liberando l’appartamento e ho 1300 euro di deposito presso l’inquilino principale. Tuttavia, citando questi due problemi, sta cercando di farmi pagare 1400 euro!! Non sono in Germania al momento e trovo difficile negoziare le cose in modo agevole.
Qualcuno può farmi sapere quali sono le mie opzioni qui e come affrontare questo processo? Non ho mai realmente interagito con il proprietario e ho sempre avuto a che fare con l’inquilino principale. Grazie in anticipo.

The kitchen slab looks bad though, and if it plastic then you have to replace a whole block of them or cover it with something.
But I’d not pay 1400€ for that. Maybe find someone to fix it in Germany, and pay it for less?
Does she have a bill? She can’t just quote you random numbers without proof. That’s what I’d ask for first. If she is still holding your deposit though, you’re kind of in a tough spot. Is your ‘main tenant’ cooperating with you, or throwing you under the bus for everything?
But yes it does sound **very** inflated.
Vinyl or plastic counter coating is cheap shit to begin with, especially if it burns that easily. I would repair it by sanding it down and putting some kind of appropriate epoxy coating over the burn spot. You could get fancy by painting it a bit to match the colours. This would be 100€ max, IMO. OK, add “labour” and maybe you’re double that, but I’d still find that an exorbitant rate. Even if you ripped off the whole sheeting to replace it, it wouldn’t be anywhere near a €1000.
Clearing away some mould on tiles is usually just a matter of spraying bleach or peroxide and letting it dry out.
There’s no way these things cost even 500€ all together. A landlord may add some ‘labour’ costs which is not wholly unreasonable, but asking €1400 is insane. Is this 1400 in addition to the 1300 (€2700 total?, or ‘just’ €100 more?
