First one: Finland has not been struck with drones.
Second: BPLA is a Russian acronym for UAV’s, and not used in Finland.
Third: The Finnish Rescue Services use the Finnish text/logo saying “Pelastuslaitos”.

The actual instructions on it seem mostly sensible in an event a drone attack did occur…
Is it supposed to be an attempt to frame those stray drones that crashed here as an attack or something?
