Abbiamo visitato una famiglia povera con 10 bambini che viveva in condizioni estremamente difficili.
In precedenza erano fuggiti, ma ora vivono di nuovo in una zona ad alto rischio. Il padre ha 63 anni, ha subito diversi attacchi di cuore e non è più in grado di svolgere lavori fisicamente impegnativi.
La famiglia deve sopravvivere con poche decine di dollari al mese.
Per una famiglia di queste dimensioni ciò è semplicemente impossibile.
Inoltre, uno dei bambini ha una disabilità fisica e necessita di cure extra.
Le interruzioni di corrente si verificano regolarmente, a volte durano fino a 18 ore al giorno, e la casa è riscaldata con una stufa a legna.
Sono in gran parte da soli.
Siamo andati lì per ascoltare la loro storia e fare del nostro meglio per aiutarli

I came from this kind of thing and wouldn’t have changed it for anything. I just hope they’re not having to dodge drones and all that other bullshit 🙁
These men are saints.
At one point after the war theses guys deserve a statue, them holding fries and a box full of stuff.
