Too little, too late. How many illegitimate claimants have arrived already, how many will continue to arrive?Â
That safeguards were not put in place to prevent exploitation and fraud boggles the mind. Obviously, to have such a soft-touch border policy and generous asylum package would invite opportunistic people to try their luck. And all they had to do was say they were gay to gain the system.Â

And the people who used them? Their asylum claims should be voided and they should be deported immediately, with a ban on future claims for defrauding the system.
