      They can’t find the “trash throwers” responsible, because **they’re** the ones responsible.

      People don’t like throwing trash on the ground or in rivers, I live in Lebanon, and we had a “Trash crisis”, and we’re still in it/

      First, A lack of trash management, infrastructure to take the trash, and a healthy education system, as well as a Social system that promotes clean streets through **government provided ressources** (Trashcans everywhere, pickup at far away locations, industrial trash usines…). Then the centralized governing body will provide with caretakers, open greenhouses, fund agricultural researchers who would happily work to clean the gardens, since no sane minded person that doesn’t love the nature would even consider that job…

      Second, while also taking care of the bare minimum. It’s not that crazy to assume that many of the upper class with connections to both current and “Nakhkin” elites might own businesses that are throwing away the waste in the river. Although this requires investigation from Ecolur or Hetq at a bare minimum.

      Սովորույթի ուժո՞վ։ Ու աղբամանները ոչ թե հեռու են կամ չկան, այլ հեռու են ԹՎՈ՞ԻՄ։ wtf?!
