Trump spent months telling everyone to vote for his “close ally” Orbán. The literal second Orbán loses his power, Trump immediately pivots, abandons him, and calls the guy who defeated him a “good man” who will “do a good job.”
It just goes to show that these right wing populists have absolutely zero actual loyalty to each other. They only respect power. The moment you lose it, they pretend they never knew you. Massive congratulations to Hungary for finally taking their country back.
