Ciao. Sono abbastanza nuovo in Germania. Lavoro per una grande azienda a Ulm e oggi ho trovato la mia macchina graffiata da qualcuno con la chiave nel parcheggio dell’azienda. Parcheggio chiuso
Il parcheggio ha alcune telecamere ma non punta sulla mia macchina.
La sicurezza mi ha detto che dovevo andare alla polizia perché non possono fare nulla.
Inoltre la polizia ha detto che se non ci sono le telecamere non posso fare nulla.
Quali sono le mie opzioni? Il costo è abbastanza grande per ripararlo.

Does your insurance cover it?
Your Options? None. Well you can fill a report against unknown Person but it is basically wasting time.
You can do an “Anzeige gegen Unbekannt” with the police, but it will very likely lead to nothing – however in case you have a comprehensive car insurance that might cover the repair of the damage, they will probably want to see one anyway to pay it.
pay for it and move on unless you have evidence and identify the person.
This happened to me as well, couldn’t do nothing.
You can ask your insurance. Maybe vandalism is covered too.
Depending on your Insurance type (Teilkassko, Vollkassko), it can be worth considering paying for the repair out of your pocket.
Basically you can only fill a report, so that the police has notice of it. Maybe you are not the only one and the police sometimes decides to drive by once a week.
Sometimes the insurance covers it.
Also watch playing children in winter! Snow has fallen all cars are white, how about a snowballfight?
Well these unlucky people wear gloves that sometimes have a zipper. Many children are on the top to lazy to pick up the snow from the ground.
Just keep them away from your car in winter.
