If you’re interested, I’ve made a short YouTube video that explains the process: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0q4en5RdPw&t=1s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0q4en5RdPw&t=1s)
No thank you. Please dont create more stuff to litter the streets and the city landscape. As if we don’t have enough bad design already. Trash bins already have that on the side.
We have something similar in Ireland, from the county council, but it is a version that goes around the outside, around a public trash can.
In Germany, empty bottles should not be thrown in the trashcans, but placed next to it (“Pfand gehört daneben”). Simple. Works only with glass, as plastic can be blown away by the wind…
Should be a part of the trash cans instead, as people are apparently throwing bottles there…
I don’t think people throwing bottles will wait until they see this thing.
I saw lots of trash cans along walkways in Oslo last Summer with racks on the side for Pant.
We saved all our cans and bottles and turned them in and used that as souvenir coins for the kids
