Questa è una specie di sogno della lotteria, ma ho pensato di vedere se una cosa del genere è possibile anche con i soldi o no.
Una casa di fronte al fiordo e alle montagne imponenti, con almeno cento acri vicino alla riva (sono a conoscenza della regola dei 100 metri) per andare a pescare, terra per coltivare e cavalcare cavalli o essere vicino a sentieri su cui cavalcare i cavalli. Un po’ come nella foto. Una cosa del genere è possibile o le pratiche burocratiche e i permessi lo renderebbero praticamente impossibile?
Acquistare un terreno vuoto o una proprietà esistente con terreno e costruire da zero?

My family has an old small cabin almost right next to the coast looking out to the fjord with tall mountains on all sides. It is extremely beautiful.

You don’t really need a lottery to buy these. Atleast one of them seems to be selfjord. Rest are most likely in remote villages of Lofoten. They are generally much cheaper that houses people buy in the cities.

Not impossible at all. Often very cheap in rural areas. But there is normally a 5 year residence obligation aswell as a cultivation obligation on the farm, but that can normally be maintained by renting out the land to nearby farmers.
Those houses are super cheap actually. They’re in the middle of nowhere, the farmland isn’t very fertile, it’s largely depopulated, many of the houses are in terrible condition, public services are lacking… If you have a legal pathway to residency in Norway, 5 million NOK to burn and a legitimate desire to be alone 95 % of the time, go for it.
