Or not testing at all and just shipping products to consumers, hoping it will be all fine.
Neither sounds like a real improvement to me.

This kind of footage is brutal to watch, totally get feeling upset. One small thing you could do is check if your cosmetics/cleaning stuff is certified cruelty-free and switch gradually.
