North of Neuschwanstein there are many fields with that view.
Look for Colomanstraße. If you have Google maps, there are also many streetview points with different views similar to this.

I just pulled up Google Maps. Can’t be too precise but maybe Rothwiesen for the field and HQ43+FJ, 87645 Schwangau, Germany for the cliff.
The aerial view is pretty helpful.

The first picture was taken when you drive from Schwangau toward Hohenschwangau—you’ll see some meadows on the right-hand side. You can recognize the shed there.
The second picture was taken behind the castle. The easiest way to get there is to hike up through the Pöllat Gorge. However, I’m not sure if that spot is currently accessible.
Greetings from someone who works in Schwangau 😊

Once we did a quite simple climb up to the Säuling (if I remember well and I don’t mix it up) and on the way down over the hiking path, we could see the castle from above

You can almost hear the cows and yodeling in the background…

This is a spot in a field that closely matches the view from your photo and might be publicly accessible. Also it is from the correct angle.

Should be not so hard to find on google maps
The first one just in a field in front of the village, you’ll find it easily there is also a parking lot behind it.
