CIAO! Quindi questo è qualcosa che ho notato nella maggior parte degli annunci su otodom mentre cercavo appartamenti in affitto, ci sono diversi prezzi elencati e non sono sicuro quale sia per cosa. So che la maggior parte dei proprietari cerca un deposito, ma perché i depositi sembrano essere molto più alti dell’affitto? Inoltre, qual è il "1950 zloty+ canone 830 al mese" dovrebbe significare? Quando clicco sull’annuncio dice che l’affitto è 830 al mese e il deposito è 2800, quindi cosa sono 1950 zlot allora?

1950 is the actual monthly rent you pay to the owner. 830 refers to the maintenance/admin fees.
It depends on the city, but sounds shitload of money for a low quality apartment
It’s a trick to show in filters for lower prices. Always add all the costs together +100 zł to get the actual full cost.
Your monthly rent will be 2780:
– 1950 is how much you landlord is actually getting
– 830 is the maintenance monthly fee (each building has different things included in it: if it’s a building with security/reception, garden, underground parking, this fee will be higher; some buildings also include water and heating in it, others don’t – therefore you may see another third “fee” in the description, usually called “zaliczka na media / media advance payment”)
Deposit is usually the sum of all these fees/costs.
Why can’t they just give one fixed price? Can I not pay the maintenance fees? No. So they are part of the rent.
