      1st one looks like placek ziemniaczany (potato pancake)
      2nd one looks like something out of Georgian cuisine

      First one looks like “Placek Ziemniaczany”, a kind of ground potato pancake – we have endless variations of this one.

      Second and third pic seem like sour dough buns, stuffed with stewed meat and cheese which isn’t really a typical polish food but you can get in some bakeries/pubs/restaurants (in this case I would look for something named “Bułka Nadziewana” which translates to stuffed bun.
