Faccio sport molte volte nell’ultima volta.

Interested in the answer as well 😇
Best to have a low deductible. Anything over that amount they should cover (or a large part of it atleast). I think you need a doctors note though, confirming that you need the treatment.
Who’s “them”?
Sessions cost less with a doctor’s prescription, because the insurance rates are standardized and lower than what physiotherapists will charge you when you go directly. The first session typically costs a bit more than the subsequent ones.
Obviously you have to pay for the doctor to give you a prescription, so it may end up costing you more in the end.
If you have “Hausarztmodell” go to your doctor and explain your symptoms. If you want physiotherapy, you can also just tell them that. Works for me. I dont know if you can contact a physiotherapist yourselves if you have a more expensive model.
Then health insurance will pay it, after your franchise of course. (and the 10% deductible)
My physiotherapy usually cost around 800-900 CHF for 9 sessions (which is usually the most they can prescribe at once before reevaluation). I have the lowest franchise so that doesnt matter to me, if you have 2500.- franchise, this will still cost you a lot no matter what.
Some supplemental insurance also cover that (and massages etc) so it might be a good idea to check those out.
Physio is fully paid if your doctor prescribes it. And they prescribe it without hesitation, just go and ask. Of course you still have to pay your franchise
This account is very suspicious. It’s the first post. OP, is there any chance you run some website / plattform / app relatet to this topic?
Low deductible, get a prescription. Each prescription gives 9 sessions of Physio. Max 4 prescriptions or 36 sessions. If you need more than that your doctor has to send an evolutive medical report.
Let me be very honest: Physio are heavily underpaid. It is frustrating to see doctors have a strong lobby and swim in money while physio work as hard but earn peanuts.
Yes they will have 60k-70k after years of studying with a bachelor and countless further education.
Just keep this in mind.
I am pretty sure this is spam.
There are a lot of similar posts lately where questions like this are asked and later links to websites are posted.
OP won’t answer basic questions. Account with no posts or comments before.
Do sport in a way that doesn‘t need physiotherapy? Physio means you broke your body in some way. Just cause you occasionally exercise shouldn‘t mean you need physiotherapy.
If you need it, a doctor will prescribe it and the health insurabce cover it after franchise.
