i see reposts like this all the time, even with 100+ applying. I guess since there are not many job offers, they could afford to repost to see if they find a better profile for less money

My profile is a great match, i have experience on all the tech they use (except not in the airlines domain) and I live in Luxembourg and do not need a sponsorship. Still they would not put me through even the first round

I know from a company that they get more than 600 applications for one position. If you remove the third world applicants, you still have 200 to 300 applications to sort through. After that you’re left with probably 20 to 40 applicants that at least fulfill the academic requirements.
Luxair and Cargolux also have multiple positions which get posted for over a year now.
