      At this point, any cross-border tech deal with China + Western IP is just automatically ‘denied pending national security concerns

      Any purchase of any strategic company should be instantly banned no matter to what country, and ESPECIALLY to China and the US. But the fact information flies around that is the Americans that stopped is is just so sad lmao, like vassals.

      Two things are correct here:

      1. The Americans are right and in their right, given that these european firms rely on american IPs, licensings or anything else, and the tech it concerns is highly sensitive and we should not hand it to the chinese

      2. The fact that European companies can be controlled by foreign entities like that needs to be adressed and the use of american IPs and licensings need to be removed at every turn

      Once more the Europeans prove that they are geopolitical amateurs.

      Gallium Nitride (GaN) Led tech exists in China and they are ahead so it is pointless gesture now.
