Regardless of the Daily Hate reporting this, this is not a reason to scrap the European Convention on Human Rights.
Fuck this guy.
Fuck the Daily Hate.

Read their article about the Oldham local

That reminds me of the Reading park killer, who was denied asylum but allowed to stay in the country, despite a long history of violence, hate speech, and threats of terrorism:

He couldn’t be sent back to Libya because the country was dangerous (as a result of the same militia who he apparently was a part of), and was allowed to stay in the country despite saying he was going to stab and kill people, then he stabbed and killed three people.
This is because protection from risk under Article 3 of the ECHR is an absolute right, it does not matter what the person has done, they cannot be deported if they are at real risk.
This is the clear position of our political elite, protection of the terrorist is an absolute right, but protection of the public is negotiable.
