The book takes place in America
Well, breaking news – the book clearly is not trying to depict nature of the place where you are located. It is about “Maly Indianin”, so probably trying to show some area of USA, looking at the cactuses – maybe even Mexico.
Maybe you’re just too ignorant to bother translating the two words in the title. Then you’d know why there are cacti on the cover.
At least you have a lovely flower infront of you
