Stavo visitando Varsavia questa settimana ed è una città bellissima e durante il mio soggiorno ho incontrato solo persone simpatiche e gentili!
Prima di partire stavo cenando in un ristorante dell’aeroporto. Quando ho ricevuto l’assegno, la signora ha detto che il servizio non è incluso e ha aggiunto deliberatamente 19 PLN al terminale di pagamento. Avevo intenzione di dare una mancia (e quando ero in Polonia ho sempre dato una mancia intorno al 10% del conto), ma sono rimasto sorpreso di non poter scegliere quanto. È normale?
Posso capire un po’ di pulizia, al ragazzo seduto al tavolo accanto al mio è stato dato il terminale con la possibilità di scegliere quanto vuole dare la mancia. Onestamente 19 PLN non sono tanti e avevo comunque intenzione di dare una mancia di 17 PLN, solo che non mi piaceva l’atteggiamento della cameriera.

Report this to the police this is a fraud. Also since the tip is not listed in the bill they are also committing a tax fraud which you can report as well. If I were you I would also ask the bank for a chargeback (there is no signature under “Zgoda”).
As others said, you can argue whether the tip being included is allowed or not. but this will get you nowhere.
