Presto lascerò l’appartamento e vorrei consegnarlo in buone condizioni.

Paint the whole door, not just scratched part. It will look nice and uniform white.
isopropanol and a cloth/paper towel for the tape residue.
praying that they dont see it for the scratches 😬
(or better yet be honest. you probably won’t have to pay for a new door lol)
repaint the while door. You might need to grind the old Paint first
Alcohol based solvents or micro fiber cloths with soap and water do usually do a good job with glue residue. Depending on how deep the scratches are, a very fine sandpaper or better yet a coarse polishing felt might smooth them down to a less offensive level.
If you go about to repaint the door, do get in contact with your landlord and get an agreement about the appropriate paint. They also might tell you to not bother, that spot is likely to be covered by a name tag anyway, and the outside of the entrance door is not usually your duty to maintain. So if the outside of the door is stained or old, it would be the landlords duty to paint it, and they might have planned on painting it for a new renter anyway.
Fill, sand, and then repaint the ceiling
Clean the residue, and wet sand the rest of the door until it is uniformly scratched. Its entrance door. So its the only door with this exact color anyway.
Put a poster and it’s fixed
Here’s what you need – if you can color match the paint that would be the best option.

For the scratches you can try a magic eraser. One of those all white scrubber you can find in most cleaning aisles. They are very abrasive and will remove some of the paint, you can do this until its even with the scratches as long as they don’t go all the way through. Only problem will be if the paint has tinted over time and as you go deeper it becomes lighter.
