Questi vengono calcolati con o senza spedizione? Ho esaurito e pagato 28 euro di spese per un pacco da 45 usd (+20 usd di spedizione) con spese di spedizione del 40% senza il 62%. Non hanno smarrito un decimale o qualcosa del genere, giusto?

If you go to [the website mentioned in your letter](https://www.bpost.be/nl/shoppen-buiten-eu), it mentions how they calculate import costs. Part of the import fees is a fixed fee that bpost charges to deal with the customs forms to import your package. For items less than 150 EUR that fixed fee is 18,5 EUR. Hope that helps. Importing goods is expensive and often not worth it for lower priced items.
