      well, duh.

      Not a single soul takes it seriously when the mega-corrupt FIFA gave a peace prize to mega-corrupt Trump. It was just a “please mr. president, don’t ruin our party next summer”-prize.

      She is giving them an off ramp. The “peace price” was a bribe for Trump, nothing less. I doubt anyone else would care about it if they keep going with it. Might just say, “because of complains from members we will now stop giving out peace prices.”

      She probably has a point. But she’s doing such a terrible job at running the football association at home, that she should really shut up and trying to do her job.

      Shouldn’t this just be called the “Trump Award”. Give it to Trump every year just so he gets his bribe medal for “Peace”.

      Was this even necessary to point out? We all know it’s bs, and we all know FIFA is corrupt. No one is taking them seriously. FIFA should be abolished.

      Honestly, i think the Norwegian FA president should STFU about stuff like this. I strongly dislike the constant need for moral spotlight our institutional leaders constantly crave.
