      It always amazes me how certain groups of Irish people have the laws of the land applied to them completely differently compared to there follow Irish country men and women. Very fair system we have here.

      Call me mad but maybe a network of serviced halting sites and a bit more outreach to the traveller community might go towards resolving these issues. Nothing will change overnight but if we are willing to try reach out to Unionists in the 6 Counties, why not?

      They have the right to use the public motorway as their own sulky racetrack whilst they hold up traffic and face zero consequences for it .

      Drive by these most days. It’s a disgrace, they moved the cement blocks put there to keep them out. If I lost my home in the morning and pitched a tent in the same spot I wouldn’t be long being moved. It’s Dept of Defence land. The ranges aren’t far from it. One rule for us, as they say…
