It always amazes me how certain groups of Irish people have the laws of the land applied to them completely differently compared to there follow Irish country men and women. Very fair system we have here.
Call me mad but maybe a network of serviced halting sites and a bit more outreach to the traveller community might go towards resolving these issues. Nothing will change overnight but if we are willing to try reach out to Unionists in the 6 Counties, why not?
They have the right to use the public motorway as their own sulky racetrack whilst they hold up traffic and face zero consequences for it .
