Qualche tempo fa, ho chiesto al r/asksweddit sulla ricerca del västerbottenost, un formaggio che difficilmente si trova nel mio paese. Dopo una lunga attesa, questo viaggio ha un lieto fine!
Vale assolutamente la pena aspettare! Ho avuto modo di condividere un assaggio con la mia famiglia e ci siamo divertiti tutti. Mi piacciono sempre i formaggi dal sapore forte. Il resto lo userò questa settimana per la cena del västerbottenpaj con insalate di contorno.
Lo scopo di questo post è solo quello di dire che capisco perfettamente perché la Svezia sbarca questo formaggio: è oro.
