Recentemente ho ricevuto una carta Young Member Plus dalla Raiffeisen Bank. Sono andato ad uno degli sportelli bancomat Raiffeisen (ho allegato una foto), ho inserito la carta, ho inserito il PIN e poi ho visto solo tre opzioni:
1. Stampa un estratto conto del mio saldo attuale
2. Visualizza le mie transazioni precedenti e stampa un estratto conto
3. Cambia PIN
E non ci sono altre funzioni, anche se ho visto molte volte persone salirci e prelevare soldi.
Ho provato a fare la stessa cosa in un’altra città presso un altro bancomat situato vicino al muro di una filiale Raiffeisen, ed è stato lo stesso.
Nell’app vedo che la mia carta è attiva.
Domani andrò in banca, ma forse qualcuno qui può dirmi perché sta succedendo?

Do you have money on your account?
There must be limitation with your card/account. Do you have a visa or Mastercard card?
Could it be because you are a young member plus? There may be limits or rules active to prevent you from getting money from an atm
Could be that the ATM is out of bills. And then they don’t clearly state that. But still bad user experience.
Did you try to change the pin? I think that it maybe is mandatory to change the pin to enable the card.
