WTF, who is this guy?
I look forward to the first instances of him getting sued by people who get injured or whose property gets damaged on his roads or other constructions due to their poor maintenance (cf. art. 58 CO). There’s no way he had valid civil liability insurance for all his land so it’ll result in him getting severely in debt. The authorities will issue actes de défaut de biens against him, his land will be seized and auctioned off, likely at very low prices because the only interested parties will be the municipalities who want to avoid this happening again.
He’ll end up completely devoid of assets, his wages will be garnished with tens of thousands of francs of debts and he’ll end up living in poverty for the rest of his life.
