      Russia has been, and continues to be, a bandit of nations for centuries. Never assume that understanding with the Russians is possible (regardless of their current political system), no, they always violate all agreements, pacts, and treaties. As long as Russia exists, its neighbors will always be at risk.

      The moment Putin spoke of ceasefire, this was inevitable. Literally every single time this monster speaks of a truce, this happens the next day. Russia needs to (politically & economically) burn to the ground. Slava Ukraini.
