    1. I don’t necessarily agree with Nina Karapetyants (works at The Helsinki Assocation for Human Rights) but decided to post her interview here as someone who has a different perspective on the current events.

She disapproves Pashinyan and thinks he should have resigned after the war. She doesn’t approve the nakhkins either but somewhat sympathizes with Galstanyan though she thinks he doesn’t always act on his own behalf. She thinks the crowds on May 9th were genuine (and she was among them) i.e. it’s the protest/discontent vote but Galstanyan’s movement has failed to consolidate it. She also insists that the constitution should not be ignored, we can’t be in this endless cycle of force majeure power changes.

Anyway, it’s a perspective of someone who seems like a reasonable person, worth noting in terms of why someone would sympathize with Galstanyan, though not necessarily fully support the movement.

P.S. also she is stating the obvious: dear dashnaks who live e.g. in France or the US, don’t tell us Russia is good for us, or otherwise go live in Russia yourself if you like it so much.
